Mindi Gonzales, MA, LPC-A

Mindi works primarily with the adolescent patients in the PHP and IOP programs at Esperanza. She is an individual therapist and facilitates groups.
Mindi earned her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology at The University of Texas at San Antonio main campus, graduating in 2016. She then continued her education at UTSA, earning her Master of Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2019. Mindi’s first job after finishing her graduate program was with local, non-profit, Communities in Schools of SA, as a Site Coordinator providing a variety of individualized, daily support including academic, attendance, behavior, resource and emotional and mental health.
As a staff therapist at Esperanza, Mindi works daily to provide individualized support to not only her direct clients but also all others through creative and innovative individual and group sessions. Mindi is eager to share her expertise and learn everything that she can to help not only her clients but also their families as they move through the eating disorder recovery journey.
