Hannah Wood, MS, CNS
Staff Nutritionist
Hannah is a Clinical Nutrition Specialist based in Texas and has a Master’s degree in Functional and Biochemical Nutrition from University of Texas at Austin. She appreciates the intersection between biochemical pathways and functional nutrition, using evidence-based recommendations to guide weight-inclusive, trauma-informed, HAES, and highly individualized care. Her approach is rooted in empathy and collaboration, integrating intuitive eating, body neutrality, and mental health-centered care, with room for humor, curiosity, and real-life flexibility.
Hannah’s commitment to trauma-informed and HAES-aligned practice began through volunteering at Project HEAL, where she provided meal support and witnessed the importance of accessible, compassionate care. Hannah brings both lived experience and evidence-based recommendations to her work with clients with ADD/ADHD and other mental health diagnoses. She also has experience supporting individuals with chronic GI conditions. Her practice emphasizes practical, realistic, and empathetic strategies that honor attention differences and, more broadly, the full spectrum of human differences.
