Adult Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

Hours
Monday – Friday
3 – 4 hours a day, up to 5 days a week, based on treatment plan

Customized IOP Program provides flexible hours for patients to work or attend college classes whenever possible.

Population Served
Adults of all genders (18+) with Anorexia, Bulimia, ARFID (Avoidant Restrictive Food Intake Disorder), Orthorexia and OSFED (Other Specified Feeding and Eating Disorder)

Medical Care
Medical Monitoring, as needed

Nutrition
Cooking classes
One takeout or dine-in restaurant exposure meal

Behavioral Therapy
Family/couples Therapy Sessions with LMFT, weekly
Therapeutic Process and Skills Groups, up to 3 per day
Individual Psychotherapy, weekly
