Tiffanie Barta is a passionate Licensed Professional Counselor Associate based out of Texas, who offers personalized therapy for teens and adults navigating life transitions, eating disorders, and emotional challenges. She thrives on leading therapeutic groups that validate each person’s story and foster genuine community.
Tiffanie partners with clients using evidence-based processes such as DBT, CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Person-Centered Therapy—emphasizing emotional regulation, self-awareness, and values-driven living. When it’s helpful, she weaves in mindfulness, movement, and nature-based practices to deepen healing.
A proud UTSA alum with a BA in Interdisciplinary Studies and a MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She has served as Adolescent Co-Coordinator at Esperanza Eating Disorders Center and as a school counselor/wellness educator at Saint Mary’s Hall.
