Pancho is a staff therapist who works with our adult and Emotional Overeating populations.
He earned a Masters in Mental Health and Counseling from UTSA. Pancho has experience working with individuals and couples, working with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, OCD and relationship issues. He has training in CBT and uses a variety to approaches to serve the patient’s needs.
Pancho views therapy as a collaborative process, working together to set goals and focus on areas of life that are most important. He feels his role as a counselor is to help support you while working to accomplish goals patients have set for their life and wellbeing.
