Taylor is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-A) (supervised by Beth Stanley, LPC-S) with a background in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT). She currently uses her clinical experience to conduct and coordinate thorough intakes for incoming patients who are seeking to begin their healing journey.
Taylor earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Trinity University in 2023 and her Master of Arts in Clinical Counseling Psychology from Assumption University in Worcester, Massachusetts. While completing her graduate training, she interned at Community Healthlink in Worcester, Massachusetts, where she gained experience providing outpatient mental health services to a diverse adult population. Throughout her clinical training, she strengthened her skills in delivering individualized, evidence-based treatment tailored to each client’s unique needs and circumstances.
Taylor believes each client is the expert in their own life and focuses on helping individuals identify behaviors that are no longer serving them and create treatment goals. She enjoys helping clients discover new perspectives, build resilience, and move toward lives that feel more fulfilling and aligned with their goals.
