Tiffanie brings years of experience as a teacher and coach to her responsibilities in the Adolescent Programs at Esperanza. She facilitates groups, is an individual therapist and assists in the intake process. She also provides encouragement and kindness during therapeutic meals with patients.

Tiffanie earned her Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies from UTSA in 2012 and will complete her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in December 2021. She served as a teacher, middle and upper school coach, and a faculty member of the Wellness Committee at St Mary’s Hall Preparatory School for six years.

Seeing patients grow in confidence and blossom into the people they were meant to be gives Tiffanie great satisfaction in her position.
